Electives

An elective abroad does voluntary work in medicine, physiotherapy or veterinary science.

It’s a great way to travel the world, using and developing your skills in medicine, physiotherapy or veterinary science while deepening your experience and having fun during your time off.

There are dozens of opportunities all over the world, from work in a hospital in poverty-stricken East Timor to work experience at a veterinary surgery in Mongolia.

Electives are a chance for you to gain work experience in a foreign hospital or surgery, and will look great on your CV. The skills you’ll acquire in medicine, physiotherapy and veterinary science can be used anywhere around the world.
