Tip: Use this guide with a time zone guide to work out roughly when you will be taking off local time and roughly when you will be landing local time e.g. You take off 9am UK time, and land 9 or 10am US / Canadian time (going against the clock) - which means that you get the whole day to do stuff. Take off 9am to fly to Prague means you will land early afternoon. By the time you get yourself sorted, the day has gone.
