	This placement would suit... an au pair who will not only nurture and actively participate in our children's daily lives but who they will consider a role model and friend. There are currently four and soon to be five members of our household, as we're expecting another baby very soon! Our household is caring, fun and active. We try to be neat but prioritise family time and schoolwork over keeping things tidy. We're both working professionals and lead very busy lives, so we need an au pair to help take care of the home when we're away at work. We make sure that the children, to a degree, are involved in running the home and we encourage them to make good decisions. Our eldest child is a very social and creative boy with interests in many area. He loves creating and assembling art projects and has a very active imagination. Our youngest is also becoming very social and has a terrific sense of humor. She is very verbal, quitre dramatic and has been working on remembering her manners. Although we do not yet know about the fifth and newest member of our household, we are certain that he or she will require a tremendous amount of care and attention. We expect that a majority of your time will be spent caring, holding and nurturing the baby. We live very close to the city center and are three short blocks to the nearest subway line. Our community is thriving and known for its historic homes. It's a culturally diverse and rich city with major cultural attractions right on our doorstep.
