the great Ocean Road
well the weather has been pretty crappy since i got here…. but I still managed to get out and about.
Last week Crispian and I went to see the the twelve apostles which was fun. We went to the drop zone first to see what the chances of a jump were but the weather was just too bad to make it worth while. Stopped off at Torquey to have a look at the surfers, the waves were pretty big. The drive was beautiful although the sun was not out the mist and rain kinda added to the rainforest atmosphere. We saw parrots and those little things that look like hedgehogs but with really long noses!!! very cute.
We were planning o staying over somewhere but all the band bs seemed to be shut we tried to find somewhere to eat but everything just seemed abandoned… se we ended up having a picnic in the car and making our way home.
We came across a really beautiful waterfall just of the great ocean road. There are some amazing houses out here over looking the water they look like space ships coming out of the trees.
Crispian had to go back to work today so no play mate anymore I guess I should get a job!!!
Just to reassure you that the weather isn’t that great here either.
