Hey..
Can anyone recommend good budget places to stay in Paris?
I’m heading there as the last stop on an inter-rail trip in August, and my friend and I are having trouble finding somewhere to stay, all the dorms seem to pricey, so we started looking in to budget hotels..
We want something in a good location, at least close to a metro stop and not that far out, free breakfast is good, and of course good reviews and working showers etc are a must. All this for £20-25 a night each for a twin room is what we’re looking for!
Any advice is welcome.. tell me where you’ve stayed and what you thought of it.. or, failing that, tell me awful places to avoid..
Thanks :D
try these

I live in Paris and it is ridiculously expensive! If I were you I’d seriously check out couchsurfing. There are so many cool people willing to let you stay at there apartments for free and you can check what previous people have said about them. So much funner than staying in a hotel.
I also wrote a thread about that website airbnb:
http://www.gapyear.com/boards/index.php?op=vt&c=4&f=6&t=503508
which no one replied too :’( *sob*, from time to time there are cheap things on that.
I’m going to be moving apartment mid June and I’ll either be moving into a studio or in to a flatshare so if it’s the former then you can stay at mine a couple of nights if you like!
Hi,
Paris is one of the world’s most expensive cities, but it’s also one of the top tourist attractions. There are lots of places where you can find a fabulous dinner or incredible shopping with the best budget. Paris also have some high-quality cheap places to stay. Some cheap hotels are also there like, Hotel Langlois, Hotel Britannique, Hotel Chopin, Hotel de Notre Dame.
