study usa? help!
I really would love to study in the usa (australia at a push). Have no idea where to start so any info/guidance would be great.

I believe studying abroad in Australia is easier to organise youself but as far as I know yoiu just contact the university yourself.
If it is a study abroad year such as yr 3 of a 4 yr degree your university should be able to tell you where to start.
Be aware studying abroad in the US is extremely expensive - $30,000 per year and also medical bills etc can be very high so make sure you have good insurnce
your best bet is to study in the UK, and go study in the states on an exchange. Im off to lancaster next year, they offer exchange with US and OZ, fees are halved in the UK and you dont pay anything to the american institution (because lancaster or wherever takes student in return). A much more affordable way of doing it!x
