Sunburn: Sit in a shady pub drinking until it’s gone. Then make sure you drink in the shade from now on.
Diarrhoea: Drop 1 immodium tablet into your beer. Consume as usual.
Hangover: Once you have removed yourself from the bathroom floor/gutter/fat girl’s bed, immediately make your way to the nearest bar. Consume two pints of beer as quickly as you can without vomiting. You’re now back on track and ready to spend the day drinking with friends.
Pregnancy: Take one bottle of whiskey and one coat hanger. Mix vigorously.
Altitude sickness.
There’s lots of posts about malaria and anti malarials - this would be a good article.
How about some information about health care in different countries, the process you need to go to to get assistance, costs which may be involved etc.
It could also include information on medication or available in pharmacies or medication which you cannot buy in pharmacies which you could buy here for example.

Heat exhaustion. I can see plenty of people getting this if they aren’t drinking enough and in a hot country.
The idea about preventing sunburn is a good one.

Maybe an article on where to buy condoms from would suit you James?
What to do if you get stung by a jellyfish… or bitten by a snake… or spider / scorpion. What to do if a leech gets stuck on you.
That programme on tropical diseases made me think of those!
