Hi all,
Now that we have had the best part of our summer, here in China.
Is every one looking forward to the cooler, colder weather?
Living in Weifang, is great, we have long dry summers, and quite short dry winters
But the winters are damn cold winters.
They can drop down to minus 15 deg C, or so.
To get away from the cold, 2 years ago, we went to Beihai for a month, and to Sanya, for 2 weeks.
Last year we went to Vietnam.
Now we are thinking what to do this winter.
And her has come up with the idea of Beihai again.
Not for 1 month though, but for 2 and a half months !
We are planning a month in Beihai.
Then 2 weeks in Puerto Galera, which is Philippines.
( Fly Guangzhou to Manila £70 each return )
Then back to Beihai for 6 weeks.
We hope to be away from middle of November to Middle of February.
Well they are ball park dates.
So what are you all going to be doing?

Yeah, pretty much all of Shandong province is miserably cold in Winter.

Yeah, gets cold alright !
Not much rain or snow though, well, city center anyway !
Beihai February, very nice beach weather.
