Well I made it here safe and sound. Let me tell you that a 22hr flight sucks! Although the leg from Hong Kong to Australia we got upgraded to Buisness Class, Wow I have never felt so privlaged. When we got here the time difference defiantely through me and my travel mate for a loop. I think the fist night we were asleep by 5 pm and slept right though until 7 am the next day. I haven’t done much here for the past week except recover from jet lag. I did go to the Cairns Zoo where I held a Koala and had a picture taken of me with it (sadly the Koala looked way cutier than myself). Tomorrow we leave for Cape Tribulation, our inital plan was to go for 10 days but we were told there wasn’t much to do so it has changed to 5. Other than that there really isn’t much. It’s very hot and humid and I am definately getting a really nice tan here.

great to hear that your adventures have begun and you are having a fab time. 22 hour flight though- that one is bloomin tough!!
You just know that it will be more than worth it though.

is cape tribulation any good? went to this backpackers travel agents today n she said i should definately do it but tbh she gave me so much information that i got confused and now i dont know what there is to to!!
