Residents range from very young children to young adults who are still very vulnerable. Volunteering within one of these fantastic institutions is a great opportunity for anyone interested in community or caring work. Duties are very varied and you would have the opportunity to bring your own interests working with the children, especially when playing and entertaining the residents. Other duties will include helping with maintenance, school work and other small jobs.
