Experience living and working in Cambodia’s hippest town, Siem Reap + on the idyllic beaches at Sihanoukville while tackling oodles of different conservation and community projects in each place...
Why so good? because we guarantee to challenge both your muscles and your mind while satisfying your itchy feet - perfect!
How it works:
In Siem Reap
Work with Cambodia’s orphans, build much needed wells and work with local monks helping to improve the quality of life for the local community.
Teach disadvantaged children - giving them a much-needed ticket out of poverty.
In contrast experience the rustic charm of rural rice paddies outside Siem Reap where villagers still live in jungle-bound houses on stilts. Here you'll help reduce water bourne deseases by bringing/building fresh water wells to the community.
In Sihanoukville
Work with beach kids at a drop in arts project: encouraging them to express themselves in a safe environment to create fantastic pieces of art to sell.
At weekends you’re free to travel and explore, the choice is endless: visit the famous temples of Angkor Watt, trek though ancient jungles or just kick back and relax with bottle of locally brewed ‘Angkor Beer’ on those fabulous palm fringed beaches!
Accommodation
All leapers live together in comfortable guest houses, a short walk or cycle ride away from the town centre, beaches and bars!
Food
Cambodian food is delicious! - make sure you try the fish Amok! Typical Cambodia food: fried rice with vegetable or with chicken, fish, fried vegetables.
