About i-to-i
i-to-i provides supported volunteer projects in 23 countries plus paid teaching placements and teacher training for travellers. We are a dynamic company and a leader in our field, open to equally ambitious individuals who could help drive i-to-i even further forward.

The work and the team
i-to-i is a global community of 130 staff and representatives, 7,000 volunteers and 15,000 TEFL tutees. If you are the type of person that likes to go the extra mile and like us, wants to make a positive difference in other people’s lives, we are keen to hear from you.

Training and development
In order to deliver the best service to our volunteers and TEFL tutees, we need to ensure that our staff are not only talented, but also continually developing new skills and expertise. That’s why we are committed to continual training and development, as proven by our history as a training organisation and the award of the Investor in People standard in April 2002.
