Gain an insight into the French lifestyle and culture whilst improving your linguistic skills in Montpellier. You’ll be fully immersed in local life, staying with a French family who you will teach English and get a chance to practice your French with!
This programme has a focus on European cultural exchange. You’ll live with a host family, who are eager to improve their English, giving you a chance to develop teaching experience, share daily life and also grasp the French language.
After your placement has been confirmed, it’ll be your responsibility to arrange the lessons with your host family; how many lessons you will give, dinner conversation, sharing activities with the children, playing games in English, etc, and when you will have time off. You will teach English for approximately 15 hours per week to your host family with your spare time free to explore the beautiful Montpellier and its surrounding area.
