It's such a welcoming country, in every sense of the word. As a country, it opens up to you. People can find it difficult to travel - it can be testing at times, but that is half the joy, and it makes the final product so much more rewarding. Everyone has a unique experience in India, usually a good experience, and for that reason alone I always tell people to travel to India. Every state is different, and it caters for all travellers, of all ages. It has some of the worlds best sites and the food is out of this world !

Australia, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brunei, Burma, Cambodia, Canada, China, Cyprus, Dominican Republic, Egypt, France, Gambia, Gibraltar, Greece, Holy See (Vatican City), India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Laos, Malaysia, Morocco, Nepal, Netherlands, Portugal, Qatar, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States of America, Vietnam

My next trip is to visit my family in Jordan, which gives me a chance to brush up on my Arabic. Jordan is an amazing country with so much to see and do. I've wanted to go ever since I met a girl on the road who showed me pictures of Petra - A.M.Zing. It's a very un-Arabic Arabic country, and now that Easy Jet fly there, it is accessible. I plan on: Diving in the 'Red Sea' Floating in the 'Dead Sea' (a very different sea) A camel treck to Petra Camping under the stars in the desert And of course, drinking tea !

Afganistan, Belize, Bhutan, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Congo, Finland, Germany, Honduras, Iceland, Iraq, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Macedonia, Madagascar, Mexico, Micronesia, Mongolia, Norway, Pakistan, Palau, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Slovenia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Timor-Leste, Uruguay

Trust your instinct. If it doesn't feel right then don't do it, and if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Say yes... a lot. Life's a garden... dig it... It's the journey, not the destination

Last night, at around 04:07 on the 13/10/2009, a bright red crab measuring the span of my outstretched hand walked across my bare foot, making me instantly wake from my fretful sleep. Now, you may be wondering why a loose crab was walking across my bare foot. I've often wondered that myself. Why would a crab walk across my bare foot? I assumed it was a cockroach but upon confirmation I found myself looking into the two little, black, beedie eyes of a crab, as if I had disturbed him. He, I presume He, looked questioningly at me, as if he couldn’t quite place me, as if I didn’t belong. It was then I realized, at that tender hour of morn, as if an epiphany, that a very different type of crab was sitting next to me. I was surrounded by crabs, all around, and I realized how out of place I really was. One amongst 1.3 billion, nothing but a nemo, a nobody...
