Week 1

Stay in the vibrant city of Bangkok for 2 nights and get set for a whirlwind of sights and experiences – visit the Grand Palace, stock up on street stall goodies and experience the nightlife! Head off to Kanchanaburi to walk on the ‘Bridge over the River Kwai’, swim in Erawan’s stunning tiered waterfalls and enjoy dinner on a floating restaurant! You’ll also get to sample the local culture trying your hand at some Thai recipes on a one-day cookery class, and learning how to meditate during a lesson all about Buddhism!

Weeks 2 and 3

You have a choice of activities for this leg of your trip;

Community Option- ideal if you want to get to know the locals and make a lasting difference during your time in Thailand. Join vital volunteer work teaching in schools, assisting in orphanages, working with hill-tribe children or joining local community development projects.

Adventure Option – if action-packed is more your style, this is the option for you! You’ll continue exploring the local area with elephant rides, bamboo rafting, an overnight hill-tribe experience, plus a two day trekking and camping expedition! You will also join community projects for 4 days.

Both groups will come together at weekends to visit local tribes, kayak on a crystal clear lake and explore local waterfalls and hot springs!

Week 4

Relaxation time (or party time)! It’s off to Ko Pha Ngan – famous for its monthly full moon parties! Sunbathe, snorkel and swim during the day, party hard in the evening! The perfect end to an incredible adventure. Spend one last night in Bangkok ready for onward travel or home time!
