Unique to the INTO China study experience is a common orientation programme for all new students arriving onto our courses in China. All students will spend 3 days and 2 nights in Beijing. The orientation programme will enable you to experience life in the political, economic and cultural capital of China, and experience life in Beijing with an organised social programme to see the cultural and tourist highlights the capital has to offer.

Language

Throughout the summer we offer all-inclusive short courses in Chinese language ranging from four to twelve weeks in duration. The course combines Chinese language tuition with an all-inclusive programme of excursions, cultural experiences and social activities. With courses available for beginner to intermediate levels in small and multi-national classes, this course provides an excellent introduction to Chinese language and culture.

Studying with INTO gives students access to top ranked educational institutes whilst experiencing a modern living and learning environment. Using multi-lingual teaching and cultural immersion, our programme allows students to effectively build their Chinese language skills and increase their confidence.

Students can choose to study at:

-Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU)

-Nankai University

-Dongbei University of Finance and Economics (DUFE)

Our Junior Chinese programme is tailored specifically for our 16 and 17 year old students. Based exclusively at Nankai University in Tianjin, this programme gives students the opportunity to study Chinese on the campus of a leading university. Housed in first-class accommodation and with a dedicated student support team on hand at all times, students will be able to fully immerse themselves in Chinese culture and make the most of their China experience. With a range of social activities students will have ample opportunity to use their newly acquired language skills.

To provide you with an insight into what it is like working in China the course incorporates a series of master classes from professionals, who have many years experience of working with in China and with Chinese companies. Master classes will take place at the beginning and end of your China experience. Professionals from the foreign business community including business professionals, lawyers, and diplomats will be joined by distinguished alumni from your host University; giving a unique insight into what it is like to work in China and with the Chinese. Your future networks will develop as you learn more about working, living and doing business with China.

In Summer 2011, masters classes were delivered by a wide range of international and Chinese companies; covering subjects ranging from education to finance, PR to telecommunications, and civil rights to
hospitality.
