Female Travel
Being a broad abroad can be a daunting prospect, especially if you’re travelling on your own. But more and more women are taking to the road each year, and it's never been safer.
Popular backpacker destinations such as Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia and the UK are well set up for female travellers. Most hostels have both mixed dormitories and separate female dorms (if that's what you're after).
Places that have different cultural attitudes towards women, such as the Middle East, can be challenging but if you read up on the local customs and stay aware of your surroundings you’ll be fine.
Whatever your question, from where's the safest places to travel too to whether or not you should pack your hair straighteners, you’ll only get the best advice here.
