The GAP SPORTS Football Academy provides passionate footballers with the unique opportunity to play alongside some of Africa's most talented youth players through a challenging West African sports experience.

By joining the Academy, you will train with a number of West Africans who have already been invited to train at professional clubs in Europe and the States. Not only will your international understanding and technical ability dramatically improve, but you'll probably be going in for tackles and rubbing shoulders with some of the game's next international stars.

With early morning starts, intense practice drills and competitive matches at our complex in the Ghanaian mountains, it will certainly be a change from your regular weekday training sessions! Your stay at the Academy will be a hugely eye-opening experience, and you'll certainly see the game in a new light after playing against and witnessing the flair of African football first hand!

For the duration of the programme, you will live, eat and sleep at the Academy alongside the other players. This will make for a priceless cultural exchange, both on and off the pitch.

You will also enjoy a number of excursions to other towns and villages where you'll be able to get another taste of Africa away from football. You'll also have the chance to explore rainforest canopies, voyage across great lakes and unwind on the white sands of Ghana's golden beaches.
