If you are familiar with the basics of woodwork and are able to make them fun and accessbile for children of all ages, you'll be sure to thrive in this role. You must also be aware of the safety aspects as well as the joy of creating something with your bare hands...

Have the perfect summer...

We pride ourselves on giving you the perfect Placemen', as you choose exactly what style of camp you would like to work at - we work with eight different types. You also choose exactly what age group to work with, and what type of job you want to do - either Specialist or General. Then our fantastic team in the USA will match you up with the perfect camp.

You must be available for 9 weeks, starting anytime between mid May and late June.

Once camp has finished, you’ll have time on your visa to travel around America, and plenty of new friends to do it with!

Qualifications required.

If you are interested in working with children, then this is definitely for you! Please don't worry if you do not have any experience or qualifications (even better if you do), full training will be given. As long as you are outgoing, patient, have loads of energy, enjoy working with children, and think you can make a child's summer the best ever, then you are a perfect candidate!
