>Windsurfing Instructors

We’re currently recruiting for Windsurfing Instructors to work at our children’s residential activity centres throughout the UK, France and Spain.

We are looking for people who can share their passion for windsurfing with our young guests and inspire, motivate and reassure.

If you are a qualified RYA windsurfing instructor, you can lead our popular watersports sessions, teaching our guests the basics of windsurfing. If you are a keen and competent windsurfer, but don’t hold any formal qualifications, we operate RYA courses and assessments for many successful applicants. These include qualifications for RYA Windsurf Assistant Instructor, Level 1 Instructor or Level 2 Instructor courses.

Sessions are held either inland or on the sea, depending on the centre’s location.

Accomodation and meals are included.

You must be either a UK/EU citizen or hold a valid UK work permit.
