HOW TO SURVIVE A CAMEL RIDE IN MOROCCO: - APPROACH WITH CAUTION, THEY CAN SMELL FEAR A MILE AWAY - LEAN BACK AS IT STANDS UP - WEAR LONG TROUSERS AND SOCKS (BUT NOT WITH SANDALS, THAT’S JUST EMBARRASSING) - BRING SOME PAINKILLERS (YOUR BACKSIDE WILL ACHE IN PLACES YOU NEVER KNEW EXISTED)

Often described as a 'feast for the senses' there are times when you feel the Moroccan landscape has come straight out of 'Arabian Nights'. There are fabulous mud-brick kasbahs to explore, wonderful old towns and cities, rolling sand dunes, snow-capped mountains and an extensive and largely undeveloped coastline. Every day brings new surprises as we discover this vast country. We experience the land and its people in their many different guises as we travel from the desert to the mountains and finally to the picturesque Portuguese fishing town of Essaouira.
