You will work closely with local teachers, but for those with more experience and confidence, there will be opportunities for independent teachers. Your resources will be limited so you will have the chance to use your imagination and creativity to get the most out of your time. Skills in any extra curricular activities will be welcomed at this project, with particular emphasis on sports coaching and environmental awareness.

Lattitude placements suit individuals with a can-do attitude who are willing to make the most of their placement and above all enjoy it. It will also help if you are sensitive to the predicament of under privileged children, have an interest in issues of poverty and inequality and the rich biodiversity and wildlife of Tanzania.
