Surfing Instructors
Our Surfing Instructors introduce our eager young guests to the waves during their stay at our Beam House centre in North Devon.
We have vacancies for people who already hold the British Surf Association (BSA) Level one award, as well as accomplished surfers with no formal qualifications as we offer a full programme of BSA training and assessment opportunities.
You will also be trained as a Multi-Activity Instructor to enable you to deliver other activity sessions when not on the water. Part of your role will include assisting with evening entertainments for our guests.
Accomodation and meals are included.
You must be either a UK/EU citizen or hold a valid UK work permit.
"No two weeks are the same, with most of my time split between beach activities and centre-based activities. Being based near the sea is great for improving my surfing and since joining PGL, I’ve gained my BSA Level 1 and Level 2 Surf Coach qualifications. I’ve even overcome my fear of heights to lead ropes activity sessions. Being an Instructor has really increased my confidence all-round.
