The Rail Explorer Pass allows travel on Australia’s Great Train Journeys - The Ghan, Indian Pacific and The Overland, in any direction and as often as you like over a six month period, from the first day of travel. Destinations accessible with the Rail Explorer Pass include Perth, Kalgoorlie, Adelaide, Broken Hill, Sydney, Melbourne, Alice Springs (gateway to Uluru/Ayers Rock) and Darwin via Katherine.

Cancellations and refunds

All passes are fully refundable if not validated (ie used in part or whole) prior to travel, except for the Rail Explorer Pass which incurs a cancellation fee after booking. Any refunds must be applied for through your booking agent and are subject to any charges applied by them.
