Combo Placements

Combo placements are usually a combination of a language course, volunteering, and travelling. It combines a number of activities on your gap year to give you a unique insight to a country.

Combo placements cater for people who want a little bit of everything on their gap year. The volunteering can be in any field, from volunteering with animals to working with children.

Combo placements are fantastic for personal development, especially as you learn the basics of a language. Once you have completed your language course and volunteering placement, you are free to travel around and get to know the area, putting your new language skills into action.

Combo placements really give you the opportunity to get to know a country, to become a part of a community and to learn valuable skills for life. You’ll gain a lot more through volunteering in a country than just passing through it...

Volunteering is an amazing experience, not only for you, but for everyone you work with.
