The 2013 British Exploring Trainee Expedition Leader Programme will be carried out over a 9-month period. Over the course of the Trainee Leader Programme you will gain an excellent understanding and valuable experience of expedition leadership. You will have professional guidance and support throughout the Programme, as well as the opportunity to spend up to 6 weeks on a wilderness expedition to Finnmark, Northern Norway (with in the Arctic circle), putting your learning into practice.
