How does it work?

1. Travel between Perth and Darwin, see the Dolphin's at Monkey Mia, nature's beauty at Coral Bay and Broome and the top end outback at Halls Creek and Katherine.
2. This pass includes coach travel to the coastal areas of Coral Bay, Kalbarri and Monkey Mia.
3. Pass is valid for one way travel only and must be done within 183 days.

How do I use my pass?

The first travel sector can be booked through the gapyear.com Travel Team but once travel has commenced all further reservations must be made through a Greyhound terminal or by phoning Greyhound's reservations office. You must be at embarkation point at least 20 minutes before the departure time: otherwise Greyhound may cancel the your reservation.

Travel reservations for every sector must be made in advance. Bookings are required a minimum of 24 hours prior to departure. During peak periods bookings should be made a minimum of three days prior to travel. Failing to board the coach will result in the full fare being paid for that sector of travel. You will not be able to board a coach without a confirmed reservation for that sector.

Process time
