When in Austria, it is important to remember that laws and customs vary from State to State. Something which may be quite acceptable and legal in say Vienna, may be illegal or frowned upon in Tyrol. References to the Third Reich, Hitler and Nazis are unwelcome, and any form of neo-Nazi activity is punishable by large fines and/or imprisonment.
