For those uncomfortable with chopsticks, the Khmer use cutlery! Rice and fish are the main staples, however you will find dishes with chicken, pork or beef. In coastal areas, you will find an abundance of seafood. Food is often presented in the form of curries and soups, however not as spicy as what you find in Thailand or Vietnam.
In Phnom Penh and Siem Reap you’ll find restaurants providing food from all over the world from Italian to Turkish to French.
