What you get:

• We will pre-book rail tickets for your selected itinerary all you have to do is nominate preferred dates of travel.
• We will match your preferred dates of travel to existing rail schedules and availability then provide you with a detailed confirmed itinerary and vouchers for travel.
• Rail vouchers are exchanged for tickets at our local office in each city (no need to visit the station until you are ready to depart!).
• Most journeys are overnight - saving you money on accommodation
• Travel is in comfortable 4 berth train compartments

What you don’t get:

• Everything else. Rail packs are a collection of pre-booked rail tickets along a given itinerary, of which there are 13 to choose from. This means you get to make arrangements for your choice of accommodation, sightseeing etc
• No delivery service is available, you must exchange your travel voucher for the rail ticket at our local office in each city.

How it works:

Simply choose which China Rail Pack you wish to book and decide on your preferred dates of travel for each sector. Remember most sectors involve overnight travel and you should factor in time available to collect the tickets from our local offices during normal office hours.

We recommend you book at least two weeks in advance of your planned departure.

A completed booking form and deposit payment of GBP100 / EUR 150 will secure your place on any available trip. (Final balance is due 60 days before departure, if you are booking within 60 days of departure full payment will be required).

All itineraries are pre-booked against valid passport details.

Visa must be obtained prior to commencing your journey with us. Check with your preferred consulate about cost and requirements before you apply. Vodkatrain offers visa support for all pre-booked services.

Cancellations and refunds:

Vodkatrain booking conditions and ‘frequently asked questions’ can be provided at any time. You will need to read and sign to agree to these when you make a booking.
