You will be working alongside a Cost Rican non-profit marine and research organisation. The charity is playing an important role, striving to save the sea turtle species from extinction. As a volunteer you will be an active member of the team, helping to protect nesting turtles and their eggs, and ensuring that the baby turtles make it safely to the sea. We offer you a choice of four beach sites within small village communities along the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. You will get a real feel for this stunning country whilst getting involved in the local community. You even have the opportunity to help teach the village children. Sea turtles need your help if they are to avoid the threat of extinction.
