Orphan & Community Project

Countries: Botswana, Malawi, South Africa, Zambia

One of the travel writers’ great clichés describes Malawi as ‘the warm heart of Africa.’ Clichés, however, don’t take hold unless there’s more than a ring of truth about them. Malawi’s reputation is deserved. Its people are some of the friendliest on the continent and the beauty of this project is that it exposes you directly to their warmth and guarantees you unforgettable memories. The scale of your task here can be seen in the background provided by some depressing statistics.
