People that are willing to work in challenging conditions in order to better the livelihoods of mentally and physically disabled adolescents.  Following some seriously hard work enjoy being part of the Rio carnival last year the Manguera float finished 6.  Next year we plan on beating it! 

Duration details:

After the language and project phase enjoy an expedition that will take you from Brazil through Argentina, Bolivia and finally Peru.

This placement would suit:

People who want to make a real difference, want first-hand experience of real Oriental Chinese culture and who have initiative. You can also learn Mandarin while you're there. No qualifications or previous experience are necessary, just a good dose of enthusiasm!

When you're on your placement, if you'd like to extend your time (many of our volunteers do!), you can do so at a cost of £105 per additional week.

This placement would suit:

Someone who wants an  incredibly special trip and is not for everyone we therefore require that each perspective volunteer is interviewed and trained prior to leaving the country.  It is a unique chance to gain a real experience of life in one of the world’s largest shanty

An extra donation is asked in order to insure the survival of the project. It goes direct to the project, every penny spent goes exactly where it is suppose to.

Duration details:

First part of the 3 months is spent learning spanish in the Andes, the second phase is immersing yourself in the shanty town of Villa Maria.  Third is an expedition

This placement would suit someone who wants to live, breathe and eat cricket (and can play the game to a reasonable standard), expand their cricketing knowledge and skills, and who is also interested in helping local children to develop through sport.

Cost details:

Costs vary depending on how long you want to stay for. Prices start from £795 for 2 weeks and include food and accommodation, 24/7 support and backup before you go and throughout your placement, as well as meeting you at the nearest airport. When you're on your placement, if you'd like to extend your time, you can do so at £110 per additional week.

Young people looking to experience Costa Rica’s tropical playground whilst combining learning to surf with learning to speak basic Spanish and teach English in the local school.

Adventurous people with a passion for cricket and the desire to gain practical experience in cricket/sports management whilst at the same time getting the additional experience of coaching children and playing rugby in New Zealand! You must 20 or over to do this placement.
