If you are crazy about the sea and love animals like dolphins and whales this is the opportunity of a life time! Work along side a highly-skilled team of researchers at a prestigious marine research NGO as they study and track these incredible aquatic mammals.

The project is based in a beautiful bay located in what is arguably one of South Africa’s most exquisite coastal areas.

This is truly a special experience that will equip you with many practical research skills.

This is a dream lifestyle that blends an equal measure of boat and beach-based work with helping out with lab work.

As a volunteer your role will prove invaluable as you help this dedicated team collect and compile important information that will help to protect dolphins, seals and whales in their natural habitat.

You will also get involved in taking photographs and helping to run their environmental education programme that aims to educate tourists and children around the importance of protecting our marine resources.
