Our partner hospital contains a multitude of doctors who hold fluency in the English language, enabling us to offer electives in Colombia with only a basic Spanish requirement (equivalent to 2 years study in high school). As a volunteer, you will be allocated a supervisor who will co-ordinate your placement. You can spend time in a number of different departments within the hospital, including paediatrics, maternity, accident and emergency, surgery and physiotherapy.
