Our Conservation and Community Work volunteers in Malawi have the opportunity to get involved in a range of activities over the course of their placement. Working in Livingstonia in northern Malawi, volunteers will live in a house overlooking Lake Malawi and will help at our host Eco Farm and Lodge. Here you would assist with ongoing conservation projects, including education outreach programmes relating to permaculture, gardening, reforestation and nutrition. There is also an opportunity to work on the local bee keeping project, teaching in nearby schools and volunteering in women’s groups depending on your interests.
