Somebody keen to gain work experience in a hospital environment. Also, people who want first-hand experience of real Indian culture and who have initiative. You can also learn Tamil while you're there. No qualifications or previous experience are necessary, just a good dose of enthusiasm!
Cost details:
When you're on your placement, if you'd like to extend your time, you can do so at a cost of £140 per additional week.
Duration details:
This placement can be extended for any length of time (many of our volunteers do!), subject to availability and any visa restrictions that may apply.

Changing Worlds offers placements within the southern cities of Chennai (Madras) and Madurai. We move volunteers from one placement to another to add to the work experiences and see more of the country.
