Ready, Set, Go!
The next day is when all the excitement begins when your tour takes you to Kanchanaburi, next to the River Kwai. As the days pass you will also visit National Parks, waterfalls, temple tours, World War II artefacts and participate in a Thai cooking lesson, with some free time thrown in for good measure.
Volunteer and Give Back
Throw yourself into a variety of volunteering placements and help a community that massively needs your support. You could also volunteer with the children of the community and spend your days playing games and having fun with them. This rewarding experience is likely to top your gap year memory list. After your placement you will move on to enjoy a Mon Tribe visit, camping, elephant trekking and a dip in a hot spring.
It’s Not All Planned Activities
The last seven days of your tour will have you laying on a beach in Koh Phangan, the island famous for its full moon parties, half moon parties, black moon parties... you get the gist. This is your free time to do as you please so you can party, chill, trek, snorkel… it’s up to you!
Your tour will have you back to Bangkok where you can hop on your flight back to Blighty safe in the knowledge that you’ve just had the time of your life.
