A-Level Results Day and Next Steps

Time for an Adventure of a Lifetime?

So, results are in! For those of you who made it into your chosen uni, congratulations! For those that didn’t, you’re due some congratulations too, because you’ve just been handed a golden opportunity to take a gap year! Or at least a gap month. It doesn’t really matter how long you go for – sometimes all it takes is a couple of weeks to refresh your mind and reassess your life path. The most important thing to know is that this is a possibility. Contrary to what most people think, taking a long trip abroad doesn’t cost the world. Sure, it’s not cheap, but nothing you can’t save for while working a minimum wage job.

There is literally a whole world of opportunity out there, and we are on hand – as we have been for the last 18 years – to give you all the advice and help you need in planning your next steps. On top of that, along with our travel partners StudentUniverse, we can turn any travel dreams you have into reality, whether that’s a working holiday in Australia, volunteering with orangutans in Borneo, a tour through South East Asia, or simply a one way ticket to some far flung destination where the biggest stress is deciding whether 4pm is an acceptable time to start drinking.

To help you out during this uncertain time, we’ve pulled together a few of our best articles about your potential next steps, so have a browse and put those concerns to rest!
