If you love the great outdoors, trekking and the mountains, a visit to the Himalayas has to be on your bucket list.
Our 16 day trek to Annapurna Base Camp in Nepal includes 10 days of trekking during which you will reach altitudes of over 4000m. This trek is graded as ‘moderate’ meaning it is suitable for reasonably fit walkers.
You’ll start your expedition with a tour of the capital, historic Kathmandu, before heading to the lakeside town of Pokhara to start your trek.
Throughout your time on the trek you will be escorted by our expert guides and porters. At the end of the trek you’ll finish with the satisfaction of having completed part of the world famous Annapurna Circuit – widely considered to be the best long distance trek in the world.
Accommodation and food
During your time in Kathmandu and Pokhara you’ll stay in simple hotels on a bed and breakfast basis. Whilst trekking, you will stay in the best available lodges along the route each night.
To allow us to keep the cost of the trek down, food is not included in the price on trekking days. This not only allows us to keep food down but also give you the flexibility to eat according to your budget and preferred taste. A budget of £13 per day should be ample.
