Indian Himalaya
Join us on our Himalaya expedition for your chance to experience high-altitude trekking, stunning peaks, carry out valuable scientific fieldwork and much more. Visiting isolated peaks and valleys blanketed by wild flower meadows and home to rare wildlife including the elusive snow leopard, Tibetan antelope and herds of yak. If conditions allow, teams will also have opportunities to access glaciers and snow fields while learning exciting technical mountaineering skills.
Our Indian Himalaya expedition gives you the opportunity trek in the world’s highest mountain range, experience the traditional culture of the region and take part in a wide range of scientific fieldwork from carrying out lake surveys to measuring glacial retreat levels. All of our expeditions are designed to take you out of your comfort zone in a challenging yet safe environment, with a real focus on the skills and personal development you will gain from the experience.
