Has anyone completed this? I’m researching at the moment to go next year, but I’m worried about all the reviews etc it seems like i need to start training now because i’m no way fit enough. i only jog 4k 3 times per week, that’s it. no weights or strength stuff.
Can anyone give me any tips on how difficult it is?
Also when is the best time to go?
