on the Gold Coast: I’m a Backpacker... Get Me in There!

We're off to Australia, and we're taking you with us

Well three of you anyway. It's time for the winners of our I'm a Backpacker... Get Me in There! competition to take up the Walkabout Trials challenge in Australia.

Winners Ellis O'Connor, Jodie Young and Sean Barry will be Instagramming, tweeting, writing and filming their way around all the activities the Gold Coast has to offer to report back to all future backpackers why they should include the Gold Coast in their Australia itinerary.

The winner will be crowned King or Queen of the Gold Coast and win a super luxury prize. All together now, oooOOooooo.

Things to do in the Gold Coast

This includes, but is not limited to...

The Big Cheese over at Gold Coast Tourism, Michael Thurston, says, " The Gold Coast offers 50 miles of unspoilt coastline and beaches, a spectacular hinterland and over 300 days of sunshine to enjoy it all. When combined with the cities famed surf culture, laid back vibe and nightlife what else could a backpacker want?"
