Strangely Erotic Photos of Antelope Canyon in Arizona
We can't help but see other shapes in those beautiful colours
Photographers love Antelope Canyon and from these photos you can see why. The canyon was formed over hundreds of years from water running through the sandstone. At its highest point the Antelope Canyon reaches 4000 feet, and if you go to visit you’ll need to be able to climb up and down the peaks and in between tight walls. Beams of light radiate down and light up the walls to create the hypnotising colours. If you’re planning on visiting on your gap year make sure to go with a guide – it’s a dangerous place, responsible for a few deaths and during monsoon season the flash floods can be fatal.
And if you cock your head sideways and get in the same mind space as the gapyear.com office, you'll realise the Antelope Canyon is one erotic place to be.
Our fearless mate John decided to pack up and jet off to see what the world had waiting for him. He hasn’t looked back. At 60 years old he’s seeing some incredible corners of the world, including this here Antelope Canyon in Arizona. He went with a tour group and managed to get some beautiful photos of the canyon.
You can keep up with John’s adventures on Facebook at John London’s RTW page, but for now, check out his mad photography skills.
