Featuring some of the most famous beaches in East Africa, a massive expanse of wildlife areas which are home to some of the most iconic animals in the world, the tallest mountains in Africa, a hub of of both local and wider African culture, Tanzania almost has it all.
Young homeless women on the streets of Arusha are exposed to numerous risks. However support has grown from within the local community, providing at-risk women with increased access to refuge, mentorship, and education. Women’s Education interns join a foundation for women which is dedicated to helping girls and young women achieve their goals.
Interns are matched according to an analysis of their skills, experience, educational background, and duration of stay. The specific details of the assigned placement will be provided to interns who have confirmed their participation, prior to their chosen start date.
