Mont Tremblant ski resort is one of Canada’s best. It has everything to offer: great slopes, great facilities and the chance to practice your French. Our Canada work programme provides you with a paid job and accommodation in this beautiful resort. You don’t have to be a winter sports fanatic. Jobs are available in summer season too.
We arrange paid work in the hospitality sector where you’ll usually start with an entry-level job in a hotel, bar or restaurant. Typical jobs include cleaning, washing up and food preparation. You may get moved to a front-of-house role with sufficient French and experience. We include French lessons to help you along the road to fluency! Canadians are great employers and offer competitive pay, although they’ll expect you to provide high levels of customer service in return.
You’ll work hard but you’ll also be getting valuable work experience, language skills and the chance to work alongside people from all over the world. Employers expect you to be punctual, polite and dressed smart.
Accommodation is guaranteed and situated a short bus ride from Tremblant. You will stay in self-catered condos or houses with kitchen facilities and shared rooms. The accommodation costs $375 CAD per month.
During your time off you can get out onto the slopes and enjoy the fabulous views and snow at Mont Tremblant. It’s fantastic to know that you can ski or snowboard for months on end. If winter sports aren’t your passion, come in the summer and enjoy mountain life without the snow.
There’s plenty to see and do. In the evenings you can find your Oyster friends and work mates in one of the many bars or restaurants. The social life is great. Just make sure you’re up in time for work the next day!
Expect to earn a wage of around £6.50/hour. This pay is enough to live happily in the resort, socialise around the town and to go on travelling after the season has finished
