Woo, I now have some pics to show you! 😀 They’re not very good, just random snaps of Buenos Aires, but once I do more interesting stuff I’ll get some better ones!

The food situation is still quite dire, but I’m not going to moan about it because there are so many people in the world who don’t even get enough food and I’ve got no right to get upset about not liking the food my host family is giving me. I’ve decided to take matters into my own hands and make sure I eat a big lunch at a cafe or restaurant, then just snack on things like fruit, cereal bars, rolls and yoghurt for the rest of the day. I found a great restaurant today and managed to order some vegetable ravioli in Spanish, which made me feel quite good! 🙂 It was the best plate of pasta I’ve ever eaten too, so I’ll treat myself to some veggie ravioli every weekend while I’m here!

I’ve still been feeling really low, just because I’m missing my family and friends so much. 🙁 I’m starting my volunteer work this week, though, and I’m seeing about getting tango lessons and doing some bike tours too. Hopefully I’ll start feeling better once I’m busier! 🙂
