Burning Man 2011 biggest yet
This year’s Burning Man Festival in Nevada has sold out. For the first time in its 25-year history, ticket sales have had to be stopped ahead of the event. No tickets will be sold at the gate and organisers are warning would-be festival goers to check the authenticity of tickets offered by third parties. More than 50,000 people are expected at the free-form event later this month. The 2011 theme is Rites of Passage and participants are invited to join with others to create their own. The annual burning of the 120m wooden man will take place on Saturday September 3rd.
