Travel heroes and villains of 2011

It’s no major surprise but Ryanair has been named the villain of the year in a poll of business travel agents and travel management companies.

The bad news continued for Ryanair as the airline’s CEO Michael O’Leary was voted as the number four villain.

However, it was good news for British Airways and Easyjet, being voted first and third respectively in the business travel heroes of 2011. Boris Johnson was voted fourth. Absolute hero.

The survey, conducted by the Business Travel Show, shows a mixed picture as BA was voted in both the heroes and villains category.
