Seagull steals camera in San Francisco

101 in how to make a viral video

You're taking a video of sunset to remember your travels by. The last thing you expect is some seagull swooping in to steal your stunning shot. Well, this is exactly what happened to one tourist while on holiday in San Francisco.

Italian tourist Nathalie Rollandin was filming the sunset over the Golden Gate Bridge when the villain of the story snatched her GoPro camera right out of her hands and took it on a joyride over the water in a Hitchcock-esk moment of madness. Natalie managed to track down the camera, intact and full of 20 seconds of new footage, on a walkway near the St. Francis Yacht Club.

Natalie's YouTube page aptly reads: "Funny video of how a seagull stole my GoPro, flew over the water in front of Golden Gate Bridge and how the camera incredibly managed to survive, recording everything! A flying video from a seagull's mouth! A San Francisco sunset I will hardly forget."

The video has been seen by over 300,000 people since it was first uploaded on the 2nd September.

And hey, if you want a video to remember your holiday then this is it. You could even argue that the seagull is the better photographer!
